How To Earn A High Dollar Legitimate Income And Work From Home Full-Time
How can I earn a high dollar legitimate income and work from home full-time? This is the million dollar question these days. We are bombarded with the promised answer daily though banner ads, radio spots, instructions sent via spam mail and much more - only to find that, the offers are either scams, or there is always a catch! Well, I have good news and bad news for you. The good news is that it is entirely possible in this day and age to find and live the dream that the "Million Dollar" question refers to by running your own home based business. The "bad news" or reality is that:
1) This is not easy to do, it takes hard work, ambition, and discipline that most people do not possess 2) It takes financial investment-Speak to anyone who owns a successful business and they will tell you how they spent their last dime, savings, or even took out loans to get their business off the ground ( there is no legitimate, get rich overnight, for free, with no work, business) If that is what you were in search of I suggest you read no further, so as not to take time away from other important searches you may be engaged in such as: the Tooth Fairy, the Loch Ness Monster, or the diet where you eat 4000 calories a day and end up a healthy size 6 at the end of 10 days. I'm going to share with you my experience, what has worked and is working for myself and those that I know. I believe that if you find the right business model you can apply what you learn in this article, become a great success, and most importantly earn a high dollar legitimate income while working from home full-time. In the nineties I started an on-line all natural health and beauty company from the privacy of my own home. I was a one woman show. I sold the products, took the orders, made the products, packed them, shipped them, managed the website, answered the phones, handled all on line correspondence, fixed the office equipment and more. Contrary to popular belief I was never exhausted because I was living my million dollar dream. I put in long hours and could often be found still packing up orders well into the night. I also spent a significant amount of money getting started. It cost me thousands to purchase bottles, have labels designed, get brochures made(this was before the days of vistaprint), not to mention that the all natural ingredients cost a fortune and had a short shelf life due to the lack of artificial preservatives. I was certainly no millionaire, at the end of 3 1/2 years I was clearing about $1600-$2000 a month after all of the inventory, supply, and overhead costs. It was much less money than I've made in other endeavors ( I worked strictly in Investment Banking and Information Technology towards the latter end of my corporate career) but I was happy because I made my own schedule, was on my own time, and loved what I did each day. September 11th, brought my small business to a stand still as people began to cut out what they considered "non essentials, " and for the next eight plus years I returned to the workforce using those Insurance and Securities Licenses, the skills I had learned in Website Administration, networking, desktop support and computer hardware- yet always seeking the right business opportunity and model that would allow me to return home full time and reclaim my freedom. I was always researching new companies, new "hot products" that needed local distributors etc, but the fine print and loop holes in the compensation plans never passed muster so I remained in Corporate America.The most important thing I learned from running my own business is that overhead, inventory, and shipping alone can kill your profits, while the customer service portion of a business is a huge strain on the time you should be investing in obtaining new customers and building the business-so THIS TIME I was looking for a distributorship only.
