MLM Network Training

It's very popular these days to talk about having a 'system'. There are many network marketing gurus touting the need to have a system...or work within a system.You know what? They're right. You should have a marketing system or structure to work within so that you can organize and structure what you're doing.


Every where you turn these days you will hear people talking about having a 'system'. There are numerous network marketing gurus touting the need to have a system...or work within a system.

Guess what...they're right. You should have a marketing system or structure to work within so that you can be organized and have a structure for what you're doing. My System is the backbone of my mlm network training program that I put together to help struggling network marketers finally learn how to grow their businesses.

My System Has Two Parts...

Part 1 - Understanding what is required of you to succeed in network marketing.

Understanding and employing Part 1 of my System will separate you from all the other network marketing 'wannabees' who are randomly pitching their product or opportunity to anyone with a pulse. If you want to be more intelligent about conducting your marketing business then pay close attention to Part 1.

The are 4 Steps every marketer must follow in order to grow their business, they are:

Step 1: Understand the benefit(s) of what you are marketing.

You must know what you product does when it is either used or consumed. Ask yourself:

Does it...


- make you sleep better?

- put hair on your head?

- take away your wrinkles?

- remove spyware from your computor?

- save you money?

- help you lose weight?

- make you more money?

- make you feel a greater sense of security?

- bring loved ones together more easily?

Think about what your product or service does and the benefit it gives your customer.


Step 2: Identify your target audience - those people who are looking for the benefits your product delivers.

We hear all the time from companies that "everybody wants and needs their products". The truth is that this is an out and out falsehood...

No doubt you are marketing a really great product or service that truly helps people. However, if you think that everyone is looking for the benefits it provides, you are going to have a very difficult time in network marketing.

What you should be doing is locating and tapping into the target audience who is already searching for the benefit(s) your product or service delivers.

Here is a little quiz to see if you understand this concept...

Let's say you are marketing a weight loss product. Which of the following would your most targeted prospect would be?

(a) a skinny person
(b) a person who is 50 pounds overweight who is not concerned with his weight
(c) a person who is 30 pounds overweight, who is also pre-diabetic and has been actively searching online for the most effective and safe way to lose weight.

I hope you answered (c).

This is the person, of the three possible choices, who would be most receptive to your marketing message.


Step 3: Create a marketing message that will attract the people in your target audience.

Your message can come in just about any format...spoken or written. Either way, it must follow the 'A-I-D-A' principle:

A - it must grab ATTENTION

I - it must capture the reader's or listener's INTEREST

D - it must arouse DESIRE

A - it must get the reader or listener to take ACTION

Creating the right message is crucial to your success as a marketer. Your message should show your audience that you offer a solution to their problems.

Let's take a look again at the example above...

This person is overweight and looking for help. They want to find a safe and effective solution. What if you were able to direct this person to your website which has the following headline...

"Free Report Reveals The Little Known Secrets To Losing 30 Pounds In 30 Days Without Dangerous Drugs Or Unhealthy Fad Diets..."

I would say there's a good chance this prospect would keep reading. Why? Because the marketing message resonates with the prospect's wants, needs and desires.

This is the essence of creating a compelling marketing message. But it will mean nothing if you can't complete the next step...

Step4: Use the tools of communication to get you message in front of your target audience.

What tools of communicatioin am I referring to?

The Telephone and The Internet


With these two communication devices you can get your marketing message in front of millions of people across the world each and every day.

Of course, there are other tools like:

* television
* radio
* newspapers/magazines
* printed mail pieces, etc...

These are great communication tools as well but they can be very expensive and difficult to use. The good news is that you can grow an enormous home-based business by using the telephone and the Internet as your only means of positioning your marketing message in front of your target audience.


To recap Part 1 of my System...

1. Use the phone and the Internet...

2. to get your marketing message in front of...

3. the target audience who is already looking for...

4. the benefit(s) your product/service delivers.

When you use this part of the System correctly you will be targeting the right people with the right message by making use of effective tools that won't cost you a lot of money, and which are easily available to almost everybody.


Part 2- The second part of my mlm network training System is the implementation of what you learned in Part 1.

There are 5 steps you need to follow to make Part 2 of the System work...

Step 1: Buy or 'generate' a targeted lead

Step 2: Contact the lead - invite to a presentation

Step 3: Have a presentation in place for prospect to attend

Step 4: After presentation - close the transaction and enroll the prospect

Step 5: Show those who join you in business how to do Steps 1, 2 and 4.

That's it...you really don't need to do anything else to become successful in network marketing.


You don't need to do all of those things your upline told you that you had to do...


- no more hotel meetings

- stop listening to endless team confernece calls

- save your money...no need to buy company produced marketing materials

- don't waste your time attending company conventions

All you really need to have are the following things:


1. a lead source

2. a prospecting script

3. a presentation to send prospects to

4. a closing script

5. a way to 'properly' train your new business partners how to do what you do...


As far as equipment...here's what you need:


1. a phone with long distance service

2. a computer with an Internet connection


Keeping Things Simple...

I don't know about you but I do best when I can keep things as simple as possible. I think most people are that way. Many of us have a lot going on in our lives...we don't need more confusion.

Next time I will take a closerlook at Step 1...getting leads. You don't want to miss the information I'll share, because I'm going to show you how you can be 'rolling' in leads...even if you're on a tight budget.

And, you must be aware of the fact that leads are the life blood of your business. Without them...you don't have a business. Without leads, you have nobody to introduce your products and opportunity to...you might as well give up!

In order for your business to survive you need a steady flow of new leads coming to
you day in and day out. If you don't...your business will stall.
